Light Hearted Rap About Math. Enjoy your “Math Lesson“
I would like to take this chance to wish everyone of us a Happy Teachers’ Day today. All of us are teachers in one way or another. In life, we all learn from people around us, in knowledge, in behaviour, in habits, in everyway. We are all influence by people surrounding us. Both consciously and sub-consciously.
I would like to relate an example for the above.
I was taken aback when I saw my daughter talking on her toy mobile phone. The way that she spoke reflected exactly the way I spoke. Only then the point that she is watching my every move and learning to do the same. It scares me to realize what an influence I am in her life. If I carried myself properly, she will learn the right things in life. But if I err or carry myself badly, then she will learn all the wrong things in life. That reinforced the point that we are all teachers in the lives of all those whom we come across daily.
Happy Teachers Day!

What happens to you in life is not as important to what happens to your attitude towards life.
This blog was set up to help people to deal with the difficulties in solving Maths as I have come across countless people who simple hated Maths. I too hated Maths when I was younger till my tutor who was engaged by my aunt, Vivian Yang, put the right perspectives into me. I began to realize that I hated Maths mainly because of one issue. It was mainly because I could not solve the seemingly complicated Maths questions. I was uncomfortable and I failed in many of my tests and exams. I then started to rationalize that Maths was useless, especially when I start to work in the future. I mean who would need to use vectors, matrix, angles, differentiation among the other things we learn in Maths in the adult world if they are not engineers, teachers or lecturers. But once I learnt the concepts and truly understood Maths, I realized that it is not entirely Maths that we learnt. In fact we learnt about ourselves and how to conquer fears and the unknown in our lives, just like in the Maths questions that were filled with many unknowns. I hope my blog will be able to unlock that Maths geniuses in the readers that come to my blog.
Please comment on this and begin your journey(s) to self discovery and let us conquer your fears together like I have conquered mine with the help of my tutor. Let me know how I can help you or your child(ren).
